A cruise and a dockside reception have different requirements. Tell us your preferred port, dates and guest count: we will have capacity, availability, fees and onboard services confirmed for your programme.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Include your dates, preferred venue or city, guest count and required services. An indication of your budget and the atmosphere you have in mind helps us prepare a suitable proposal.

Does my enquiry confirm a booking?

No. We check availability and send a proposal setting out services, prices and conditions. Your enquiry and its confirmation email acknowledge receipt only.

Can you coordinate several services?

Yes. MOA Event is your point of contact for bringing the professionals together and preparing their work. The scope of coordination and on-site presence are defined in your quotation.
